We finally find and a very reasonable price, and then everything you did for us, banks, police, lawyers, notaries, etc.
Finally, on one day all my papers were set.

We had searched with about 15 brokers for our house on Tenerife and Seen over 50 properties.
Then finally we met with Janice & Francisco of Tenerife Sun Properties who found our Dream Finca.What was so optimal at Tenerife Sun Properties:
On their website, there was an abundance of very good photos of the object, which gave us a good picture.
The email contact was extremely good, our emails were always answered immediately.
Although we did not speak the same language there was never one obstacle.
The first inspection date was completely different from all of the other brokers,
Francisco showed us the property and told us everything he could with great knowledge and left us with a lot of time to rest in peace on the Finca, which was not played, it came from the HEART.
The second visit was also without pressure and he brought us further information by engaging us with a very capable lawyer.
There was never the feeling that we were being pushed at any time, Tenerife Sun Properties was at our disposal for any request and made us feel good – it sounds like a fairy tale everything has also gone like a fairy tale for us.
All matters which were then important for the house / Fincakauf Were taken away and we never had any surprises or additional work, although for our Finca there were very many complicated things that had to be regulated !!! After 3 weeks we signed at Notary and Key Transfer!!!
We have been in our Finca now over one year and still, we still contact Janice and Francisco when there are any questions about life here on Tenerife, We have become friends.
We love our finca and have made the right decision!
